Hi Everyone,


I have a samsung note 2. I get the insufficient storage available notification even though I have a new 64 gb sandisk sd card. I have tried 3 different cards in my phone. None have worked. I originally bought a 32 gb card when i first got the phone. I filled that up and decided to get a bigger card. How do I get the card to work and be recogized by my phone? I would like step by step instructions please. Thank you.

You're storing stuff on internal storage, not on the external SD card. Move some apps to the SD card (use an app like app2sd). Delete anything you don't nned on your phone, or copy it to your computer, then delete it.
