Root Just Rooted! now what?

Okay I just rooted my Backflip.
It's definitely rooted, checked it, but I can't remove that bloatware! or install non-market apps. Is there anything else I need to do.
I have super user downloaded.

Use titanium backup (free app in market) to remove the bloatware; or just hide them with launcher pro. To enable non market apps follow this: [MOD] Install non-market apps
