I just rooted my Inspire with Bubby's thing and I followed this video: YouTube - HTC Inspire 4G AT&T Simple Root
Everything seems to be working fine. I'm really excited because my phone isn't bricked as far as I can tell, so hopefully I did it correctly. Anyway, how do I flash a new rom now? I'd like to flash Gingerbread or Honeycomb or something. Where do I get the rom and how do I flash it?
