Hello, I am a user n thot I'd introduce myself. My user name is 5jesuskid9 n I'm from California. I bought my ZTE Warp fone in Feb. this yr. n I love it. Today I dropped it in the toilet n now it doesnt work!!!Lol Imagine that! I have insurance on it n need to know how in the heck to use it. Hello and welcome to AF. Sorry to hear that... If removing the battery for a day or so doesn't work, then you should contact your service provider for information on how to make a claim on the device.
