Help Just two options in mobile network

When i go to mobike network guys to see change my preferred netwrk to 3g it only shows me two options data network Settings which has a check on it .and axcess points option.can anyone please help me in figuring out about this mobile is it okay working or.not .its a korean one .

What device are you using? The Boost GS2 is not an LTE device. You also won't have a choice in choosing a roaming network, as that is not possible on Boost.
