Okay, so... My boyfriend bought himself an Xperia a couple of months back. And from the beginning there has been problems. The touch screen freaks out all the time, opening and closing apps, adding extra letters and sending texts that he didn't start... It'll call people by itself, too. Eventually this just kinda ends... But still 
Another big problem we've had with it is that sometimes once the alarm goes off, you can't turn it off. You can press the off button on the screen, and the phone acts like you turned it off and goes away from the alarm screen, but the alarm just keeps a'goin (He keeps the phone on the docking station at night). After about a month of this, we took it back and got a replacement of the same phone... It also does this thing where it'll say that there's no SD card in the camera and will refuse to take pictures. I think this is related to another problem... We also have a PS3, and the phone won't always connect to it right away, usually the PS3 says it can't pick up the phone. Once they are connected, we start uploading pics and videos to the system, right? Well, once the videos are uploaded, we try to view a few and it tells us that they cannot be played... Usually after playing several seconds. It doesn't always do this, some videos are just fine... When we went to the AT&T store, they were helpful and replaced the phone without a fuss, but they never gave us any helpful hints on how to help fix the problem... Anyone got anything?
