Xblast Tools go into Visual Tweaks > Holo Theme > Light Theme or Dark Theme then check Enable Holo Dark Background then below tap Holo Dark Background image then you can pick any image in your Gallery

I always been wondering How to change the background ever since I used your Rom on the Samsung Galaxy Rush Now I have a Moto G
