Help K4 OTT TV BOX

[Mr Grumpy]

any experts out there that can help me with my K4 OTT TV Box?

[The_Chief]

What seems to be the problem?

[Mr Grumpy]

Cheif, apologies for the late reply whenever I try and load a movie i get the following message: "One or more items failed to play. Check the log for more information about this message." I'm new to this game and have no idea what to do. The unit that i purchased is Jailbroken" have i been ripped off?

"Jailbroken"? Is that what the seller told you? Jailbreaking is something you might do with an Apple iPhone, to remove the locks, for app sideloading, etc. Although I think he might have meant "rooted".

If possible, I think you might want to return the thing for a refund. Quite frequently these Chinese cheapo Kodi boxes will have problems and be buggy. K4, MX, MXQ, M8, etc, they're all very similar anyway.
