K9 one stuck email

Hi All,

I have one email that keeps turning up in my inbox as a new email. It doesn't turn up everytime the emails are checked but it does turn up about 30 times a day.

How can I resolve this?

If it's an S3 with the 4.3 update, you wait for the 4.3.2 update. Otherwise, which phone make and model and what kind of email (Exchange, gmail, etc.)

Thanks for the reply. Its a Note 2 and its our own private email for our business which I think is imap.

Does K9 update automatically or do I need to update it manually?
