Could you please advise how to fix the Package file is invalid issue.I have samsung galaxy S11. I want to down load Skype free video calls.I am not families with this system.

There is a Galaxy S2 forum for the international version and a separate forum for each US provider. I would suggest you spend some time in the forum that applies to your device and ask your question there. You will get answers much faster, and will soon learn from other S2 users how to master your phone.
