Welcome to the forums!
Do you have a WIFI network? If so, it is just a case of turning on WIFI on your phone - from a homescreen you need to hit the following:
menu=>settings=>wireless & networks
then check the Wi-Fi box. From there, you would have to hit "wifi settings" and select the network to connect to.
