Root Keep getting "fail" when installing 2.2 with odin3 v1.30

i keep getting this fail message..ive download the rar file 3 diffrent times, removed battery, and i still cant install 2.2. and when i try the other way by the boot mode on the phone i get errors as well. The phone is all stock at the momenet. Please Help

Download the file again. Chances are you got a bad one. Check the md5 checksum (sp?) too.

I would try flashing stock first and then right after flash 2.2 and then cwm 3. That was the happy sequence for my phone at
least. Good luck to ya
