Keep getting old emails

Hey everyone, just go my S4 yesterday and started up my email accounts right away.

For some reason, besides the current emails I get, I've been getting emails from the last 5 days so far also. I delete them all and more show up. Usually older. This keeps happening over and over.

What do I need to do to make this stop?

If you deleted them from the email by logging into the account. You have to either clear email app cache and if it still showing up clear the email app data and cache and sign back in and you should be cleared.

Nope. It's back again and sending me emails I had gotten a month ago.

I wonder if it's an account setting with my internet provider? That's who I have my email server with too.
