keep getting pop up spyware

Hey I tried the airpush already and antiviruses to no aval, only thing I got was Norton to tell me a system process called

RC SERVICES which has access to create icons, notifications etc ill try see if I can remove few more apps and maybe it will get rid of it but I'm already pretty bare min.
