Help Keep

Keep won't open all way the first time, just goes to blank white screen. After I close it, it comes up correctly second time but rarely first time

Just tried mine, opened right up.

Is it the only app you are experiencing this on? Maybe try clearing cache? Phone settings/apps/Keep/clear cache (or similar steps, depending on your phone).

I did a total reset of my phone yesterday and let it reload everything, but not change

Weird. Don't know if this is your situation but I would try deleting all (or maybe start with the ones that have more than a simple text note) your keep notes (or copying them to somewhere else temporarily) and see if that makes a different.
