Mods keeping my internal and sd memory tidy [Root only]

hi

one thing that frustrates me with my android is the amount of folders and files that are created when you install apps and system files. my internal memory is literally full of unwanted folders. folders for old apps etc which no longer exist.

I want to now move some apps to my newly inserted sd card but I expect random folders will be created on there .

my phone is rooted and runs a custom ROM. is there any tools I can use out there which will allow me to specify where I want certain folders to go to?

I also use titanium backup and wanted to use that to move apps to sd card. would this be recommended?

any guidence on this would be most appreciated

thanks

I have used folder mount and been impressed with it but you can only move 3 folders with free version. Are there any other free apps which will allow me to do all? Thanks

Link2sd always and preferred.

Convert system apps to user apps and vica versa.
Move apps to external sd the right way including lib, data, etc etc.
Can also use a partitioned sd card with it and get your internal memory opened up.

Just use es file explorer to remove the junk folders left over
