Help "Keeping requested music" notification

I keep getting this pushpin notification in the notification bar. When I go to the notifications settings it says "Keeping requested music - paused". When I click on it, it opens Google Music under Download queue. The queue appears to be empty and the background says "Tap a pin to keep an album or playlist on device". Any way to stop this notification?

Were you able to find a fix? Mine has started doing the same thing.

I had the same thing, one of the albums hadn't downloaded fully. I tried to finish it off by unpausing and failed. Then I tried deleting the album and re downloading but still failed. If just got rid of the problem album and have not had a reoccurrence. Might be worth you checking if it's the same issue.
