Root Keeping up to date

I have noticed since root that su is out of date and I need a way to backup my current rom

Ur gonna have to hold on cuz there's no recovery as for.now

K i have been settin up my enviroment latley

If you update the superuser apk via google market the superuser has a way of updating the binary very easily

I am aware of binary update they offer once you get the superuser update but once I do it it says fail so what should I do.

Try updating the same way and let me know which part of it fails

Well you would need to be rooted and use root explorer to go through system/media and replace the bootsound with your own. Length and file type? I do not know.

Well you can always add your own as long as its named bootanimation.zip BUT make sure they are boot animations and nothing else

I currently have a file in my system/media area on my phone called bootanimation.zip all I currently want is just sound with the regular logo that comes up when the phone boots.Also I am in desperate need to know what applications came with the phone I deleted a app that I really loved.

It keeps deleting my phone numbers and when I try to add them back it says data base is full ..I have gone in and deleted numbers that I don't need. It still won't except them. It has kicked out 5 numbers just today....HELP...what can I do?...
