I have Galaxy S5 Verizon and it keeps freezing. Just started lately. It freezes most often while texting via message+ and once while playing a video alot. I think the video was due to warmth? But, the messaging has been alot! I have to remove battery because my touch doesn't work, I can work the side buttons and menu one, just nothing on the touch screen. I cannot figure out why this is happening lately? Can anyone with true know how and understanding of software help me? I'm really really young to this smartphone, so please be pt with me, thank you.
