Keeps restoring when turned off.

Hi, i have rooted my android device a few weeks ago and after having root access it made my phone slow, unresponsive and constantly freezing, i couldn't have a phone like that so i went ahead and did a factory reset, i tried to back up all of my 65 applications but i couldnt even make it past the home screen because it was that fu#ked..

After i did the factory restore the phone kept reeboting over and over until i got into the recovery mode and it booted up like normal and took me to the setup..

When i turned my phone off it restores it self, i noticed that when i was rooted i put a different boot animation and because i restored to factory settings i thought that the boot animation would of been gone but its still there..

I want to use my phone and i have already restored about 100 times and its turning me off using the phone, if i was rich enough to buy a new better smartphone this phone would of been thrown out ..

Its very hard and frustrating putting all of your crap onto the phone over and over again and its already turned me off.. please somebody save my life..

Welcome to the forums william8026, let us know what kinda of phone you have and we can direct you to the place that can hopefully help you out...

Did you flash a different ROM or do anything after rooting? Sounds like one of the stuff you did after rooting made an error. You may have to reflash back to the original state.

It has a green android robot with a blue ball thing spinning inside it, it goes on this screen for a few minutes then it shows a red M logo because its a motorola device and then it just goes back to the android robot with the ball spinning inside it.. Could the problem be the boot animation? i have backup the default animation

The phone is the motorola razr hd and no i didnt use any custom rom, please help.. i just turned my phone off and its going in this screen with an android robot and a blue spiral thing spinning, its going in circles and the only way i can get to my homescreen is if i hold down the power button and the volume up button, it takes me to these options and i click the last one "bp tools" and it boots up perfectly..
