KeepScreen alternative?

For the longest time I used the KeepScreen app to keep my screen from timing out when using specified apps. Unfortunately, since ICS, this app no longer starts automatically on boot up.

Does anyone know of an alternative app that will keep my screen from timing out when using specified apps?

Screeble only works based on phone orientation, not specified app and PLEEZ don't tell me to change my default screen timeout settings.

I'm without an app suggestion. I will suggest checking out the app discussion area here at AF. Someone in there might have an ICS friendly app to recommend that will keep your screen up for designated apps. Here is a link to the area mentioned:
