From what I have read on these forms before it just adds support for walmart's simple plan cell phone service. Which is basicly why the have the zte emblem phone which appers to be identical to ours. There may be other changes but i have not read about them. it does have a newer kernel.

U are correct the emblem is a renamed awe for sales purposes... Similiar to the first galaxy s... U have the galaxy s, vibrant, and captivate all of which us same hardware with exception of radio... Were as the emblem is the exact same device period.
