Are we going to get klp? Any hardware limitations to prevent this?

I think we will seeing that that OG RAZR started with GB, then ICS, and just got updated to JB! If we go by that then we should get at least one more software version bump up.

Right on.....I think that having a quad core processor right now is overkill....other than certain games I don't see why it is needed. I just got my HD, I played with the DNA and it didn't do a single thing the HD couldn't, I liked the screen but to me this was just as good. Plus the extra battery and build quality of moto I just couldn't get the DNA, ESP for $100 cheaper only thing is I wish we had the 2GB ram

No hardware limitation.
As per (unofficial) published Motorola plan, the Razr HD is scheduled for KLP on the 3Q or 4Q of 2013.

I plan to upgrade and sell my maxx hd eventually precisely and only to get more ram.
