Hi! Has anyone had any trouble with their phone freezing up while texting? There are a couple of scenarios I've encountered:
1. Typing a text, and keyboard freezes up. All other touch functions are functional, so I'm able to cut the text I've already entered. Then I have to completely exit from messaging, re-enter messaging, and paste my text back in. The keyboard is then functional again, and I can complete my message.
2. Typing a text, phone completely freezes up. No touch buttons work, so I have to restart my phone by holding down the power button on the side.
3. Typing a text, phone completely freezes up, and there is a constant vibration. I have to restart my phone by holding down the power button on the side.
I've tried turning off Haptic feedback, thinking there might be a glitch with that, but it didn't work. Any suggestions or assistance is VERY much appreciated, because this is an extremely annoying defect!
