Oil Can!!! Oil Can!!!
I'm using the Gingerbread keyboard and Go keyboard.
They're both pretty good keyboards especially with Go Keyboard having different themes to choose from.

Swype is my keyboard of choice also now, though I could possibly be tempted back to smart keyboard pro if the Dev actually put some time into it again.
Tried dozens of other keyboards, and though some came close to greatness, they all had their flaws.
For me it was the great Swyping in Swype and the super edit functions - cut, copy, paste, home etc. that convinced me to stay with it, though I prefer the prediction and dictionary management/macros in smart keyboard pro.
