How do I calibrate the keyboard on the galaxy s4??

You calibrate the screen, not individual apps. There are screen calibration apps you can find at the Play store.

Actually HTC keyboards do have a keyboard calibration function, though I don't know about Samsungs. If they have one it will be in the keyboard settings. If there isn't an option in there, then they don't have one (most 3rd party keyboards don't, so I'd not be so surprised if it hasn't).
