Help Keyboard Characters

Hello! I am new to the forums.
I was wondering how to get special characters on my keyboard on the motorolla Moto G.
I am speaking about these characters
"ℓσℓ αи∂яσι∂ нαѕ мσяє fυтυяєѕ тнαи ιρнσиє"
I know some people that can write with these letters and aren't using apps or anything. Is it possible to find this in the settings?
I searched on the web a lot with no results... I figured people with here maybe have this knowledge.
Im running lollipop 5.1 if this helps.

Well it's Cyrillic letters. See if the keyboard has support for Russian or something under keyboard and languages settings. The message is in English, but it's substituted various Cyrillic letters for Latin ones. But you need a Cyrillic layout keyboard to type them.
