Help keyboard comes up verrrry slow, help!

Dropped it only once recently at the grocery store, ever since, the keyboard comes up very slowly, hate the wait! I have to lightly thump it sometimes to get it to come up. Tech help solved it via their re-boot thingy but it just came back. When you turn on the phone and finally get the keyboard to come up, it's usually okay for the rest of the day but it happens when texting and responding to facbook stuff, both. Once both are used, I'm good for rest of day....so weird!
