Help Keyboard dock not working properly?

Good day everyone,

The mouse stopped working properly today. If I restart the tablet with the dock connected the mouse pointer will appear for about 30 seconds then stop responding. Then I have to touch the screen and the pointer goes away and doesn't return.

The rest of the keys are working fine but not the mouse.

Any ideas?

Have you tried hitting the shortcut tab on the dock that enables or disables the mouse pad? Try turning it off then on. If it still isn't working I would take the dock back or send it to Asus.

It looks like the touch pad was turned off. I didn't even know I could do that.
