At minute 32, the reviewer shows options for the Samsung keyboard that I cannot find on my phone. Am I missing something? I'm on Verizon if that matters. Thanks.

That's the Samsung keyboard, but without all the shortcuts. I searched through the settings and didn't see anywhere to turn these off.

It must be a 3rd party keyboard designed to look like Samsung's. That'd be my first guess. Try searching the play store for a white Samsung style keyboard

I see what you mean, my AT&T Note 4 don't have that ability either, must be the over seas version
