Help Keyboard lags, help?

I bought the coolpad a month ago, and about the 2nd week that i had it, the keyboard started lagging so bad that i don't even want the phone anymore. Is there anyway to help this? I tried downloading keyboards from the google play store such as go keyboard and swift key but the problem persisted. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi kokane2240. Welcome to Android Forums. You might try powering down the phone, remove and then reinstall the batter and turn the unit back on. This will cause the phone to go through a hard reboot which often clears the sort of problem you've described. Best of luck and thanks for using these forums.
