Help keyboard/possible touchscreen problem?

I'm having a new problem where when using my keyboard at random times even when I purposely type slow keys are being hit twice without me hitting twice so i will get 2 spaces or 2 of one letter

this only started in the last week or so

This happens on Swiftkey, stock keyboard and others

I've had the phone for 6 months I love it this is the first problem I've had

Any ideas?

You might want to try calibrating the keyboard. Settings>Language & keyboard>HTC Sense Input>Advanced>Calibration Tool. I hope the fix is as easy as that.

I had tried that already, no change
