Help Keyboard problem

Hi! I've had my xperia x10 for about a week now and i have this sort of embarrassing problem. While walking to school i put it in my pocket without locking it. This was when i had the message screen opened. So it started clicking by itself and now my keyboard has gone from swedish to english/chinese.
I've been in the settings you can go to by holding the spanner key on the keyboard, but there was nothing i could change there, and i've been to the language settings but they were all already set to swedish. If it matters ive found this program i have named TouchPalIME but i dont know if thats the cause. any help is much appreciated!

In your text app, tap the text input box to bring up the keyboard, then long press in the text input box and you should get a pop up that says Input Method and select Default or Android. It sounds like the pocket fairy has changed you to the Chinese keyboard.
