Help keyboard problem

i have a orange san francisco 2 mobile phone .when using to send a text the backspace key wont work and i get the letter m instead.
when i turn it to landscape mode none of the bottom row will work so i cannot use the 123 key for example
i think it may be the touch screen down the right hand side of phone
but can anyone tell me if i can fix this.thankyou

It sounds like your digitizer may be going out.

If so, the only fix would be having your digitizer replaced.
