Help Keyboard problem

What keyboard are you using?

edit: The butterfly forum is pretty quiet so I moved this here to get you some help.:)
 
I "collect" keyboards and haven't ever seen anything like that, have you tried any third party keyboards to see if it's not an issue with the screen?
 
Yes, when I use QWERTY STANDARD Y, B AND H will not work, When I use AZRRTY they will still not work but when I use QWERTZ THAN Z H Y Will not work
 
If it's the screen it could be a calibration problem, which is the easiest thing to fix on your own. Some phones allow you to do a re-calibration from settings under "display." If that's not the case you can always take everything off the phone like pics and music that you would like to save a try a factory reset. The only other thing that comes to mind is that TouchPal allows you to "undock" the keyboard so you can move it around the phones screen. You could try that and change the position of the keyboard so it doesn't hit any of those "dead spots" on the screen. Good luck!
 
I have tried re- calibration and all the letter went through when I was doing nd still can't work after it, u talk about factory reset is where and how will I get it cos the only one I can see is back up nd reset. And this will data and internal storage from d phone. Waiting for ur reply thanks
 
At this point I doubt that a factory reset is going to do much, but other than taking it in to get fixed or buying a new phone I think it's all you have left to try. Just make sure you take off all the pics and videos that you want to save before you do it and cross your fingers!!!
 
It sounds like a screen issue, given that the keys that don't work are all nearby. Have you tried a drawing app and seeing whether it recognises touches at that part of the screen correctly?

I don't know it you saw where I pointed out to her, but Touchpal has a feature where you can undock the keyboard and move it around screen hopefully to where it works!!

I have a similar problem. The top of my screen does not register any touches. So I'm having trouble accessing the notification center in portraitmode.

Hello Mattijs, I have downloaded nd also Rota it but some letters work where some don't now is affecting others keys, I understand better is d screen I will change it thanks all for our support I do appreciate.
