Help Keyboard problems

My Wife has a stock Transform and when she is typing in email or sending a text somtimes the key's change like when she hits the Y key in the middle of an email it will go to youtube. Anybody have any idea how this changes or how to put it back to normal. Turning the phone off then back on seems to help. but it will just witch right back.

Wife's phone had same problem Go to applications then quick launch. The shortcut settings need to be disabled and that should fix the problem.

Agreed. When you go to Settings>Apps>Quick Launch, make sure you uncheck every key that has a shortcut assigned. I think this is a glitch that Samsung released the phone this way without explanation to buyers. Phone has a few bugs upon purchase, but I think this was the most annoying one!

Ok that did the trick. But her phone has no check box I had to hold down the shortcut button then I got a pop up to clear shortcut. All good now. The wife is happy and when she is happy I'm happy

It's all related to the capacitive buttons bug and it sticking....reboot will fix it temporarily too.
