Keyboard with Spell Check

[Beaver Poucher]

I have the Samsung Captivate with Rogers and am looking for a Spell check (Actual Spell check not T9), figured there were keyboards out their with it built in.

Does anyone know of any good keyboards with built in Spell Check, I came from Blackberry so am looking for a similiar style one.

Thanks
