Help Keyboard

So, I bought the swiftkey keyboard for my HTC One X and then got the Jellybean update a month or two ago... since then, if I have to restart the phone, the keyboard settings revert back to the standard HTC sense keyboard. Not a big deal, but I'd prefer to not have to reset the default keyboard to the swiftkey keyboard each time the phone's battery dies or I restart it. Any tips for how to make it happen? I'm not rooted and somewhat technically challenged, so any tips in layman's terms would be appreciated.

This is a Swiftkey/JB thing unfortunately. I've had it happen stock on my One X, various custom ROMs and the same on Nexus 7.

This is an issue with Google Play Store which is affecting hundreds of apps not just swift key. Apps are resetting back to defaults. It's in the process of being fixed. When it is fixed by Google the app will most likely have to be re installed to fix it.
