Hello and welcome to Android Forums. Hopefully I can help you with your problem.
Hi, that's an easy 1. Just download a keyboard from Google Play or Amazon, etc that you want to use. Play has a lot of them that are free. Personally, I use SwiftKey. Most of the keyboards will give you a walk through on how to install it. If not, after installing it make sure that you go into your phone settings and look for language, keyboard or something of that nature. Go in and make sure the new keyboard you have installed is checked. You also have to make sure it's enabled. Once that's done you're good to go.
With Swiftkey, It has a step by step proccess that will walk you through the installation. Most others do to. Just look for it in your app drawer after it's been installed. If it's not there then you'll have to do it manually through your phone settings.
