After making a call and connecting my keypad does not work. Service is with Verizon. For example if I make a call connect and then need to enter another number for a department (ex. for tech support hit one) the phone shows at the op that a 1 was entered but will not connect. Samsung recommends a factory reset which I really do not want to do. Any help will be greatly appreciated.
