I have a Huawei Ascend, carrier StraightTalk. The keypad has failed to work and I must force close. I have tried rebooting, cleaning terminals, etc. I do NOT want to do a factory reset. I had to do this before and lost ALL contacts, etc. and cannot afford to do this again.
Can anyone help? I don't know what else to do.
