Help KeyScrambler On Android Phone

Hi I just bought a new tracfone LG rebel 4. i downloaded key scrambler but when i click on it to open it, a message popped up saying "Can't Open File". Anyone know what the problem is here? Thanks

You do not need this piece of garbage.
What exactly are you wanting to accomplish with it?
And the reason you can't open the file is because it's an exe file that is made for a windows device, not mobile. You need to be using the Play store app on your phone and getting your file from there only

Don't listen to them, I have been using key scrambler for years its great. No problems with it,
