This is the interesting anatomy of a KeyStore which can be downloaded from the sample applications in a keystore, can anyone help me write the commands which encrypt and decrypt information and allow key-based security (private/public encryption) to objects secured with keys?

Jon, if you scroll down the homepage past the phone and tablet images you will see this forum. Posting in the Applications area will almost guarantee your threads get ignored unless one of us sees it and moves it. The Applications area is where folks ask how to use apps, not make them.
