:confused:My driod razr HD was on the kitchen counter, charging when I got up the following morning my screen was cracked.I did not drop it.I do have insurance however I believe this is a defective screen or product by Motorola who fails to ackknowledge this huge problem, since I have contacted both Verizon &Motorola.Apparently I can not buy replacement glass and fix it myself.Motorola will charge me $159.00 plus tax ect.to fix it if I send them my phone or Verizon will send me a new one for the $99.00 deductible.I am unsatisfied with either option.Since i did not drop my phone and it broke on its own accord..any ideas.bbb? News action investigates? Any thing?

The droid razr hd hasn't been released yet... You just mean the regular droid razr?
welcome to the forums :)

I'll move your thread to the appropriate forum for you.

I find it hard to believe that if the actual screen is cracked it happened by itself.
Is it the main screen? Can you feel the cracks. Or does it look like it's under the screen? I have heard reports about underneath the screen breaking, and that was a warranty issue. You might want to use better words than my screen cracked if talking to Verizon as they will just think you did it. You need to be very specific
