Help Kies 2

Hello all,

first of all congratulation to all of you for the new year. I am still unable to update my galaxy s with froyo while using kies 2. after few seconds it says the firmware has stop working. I had uninstalled all task killer. your valuable comment is highly appreciated in this regards.
