Kies Air

Does anyone use Kies Air ?
Is it a good program ?
If so how do i get started ,do i have to hook it up to my PC thru USB or do it over WiFi ?

I have used it on my phone, but not on my tablet. I do noticed it's included with the tablet and now that you've brought it up, it keep crashing when I try to start it.

Basically, start it up (when you are connected to a Wireles network), connect to your tablet address shown on the app's home page using a browser. You do not need usb to use it.

There's also Airdroid which works pretty much the same and may be a better choice.
