Help Kies has problem loading contacts

I have used kies to put pictures & videos on my Samsung G-I9000M (Samsung Galaxy S) and take pictures & videos off to my PC.
I am trying to also backup my Contacts. When I click the contact icon with my Cell plugged into my PC I get the following

Notification
Stopped Loading
GT-I9000M's Contacts
OK

what is wrong ?
