Kies Help - ID3 tagging and music file order

Couple of things have been bothering me in Kies...

A) I can't seem to tag tracks...I imported a DJ mix I downloaded which only had a file name, no artist/album tags etc...when I right click and go 'get info' there's an auto option, which does nothing, or manual entry, which also does nothing as it doesn't let me type in the required info...the fields are blank and it won't let me type or paste info into them...what's the go?

B) the song/track ordering...I have a lot of DJ mix albums, so almost all the tracks on the album are by different artists, so you can't sort by artist and get them to play in the right order, and if I sort it by Album "e.g. Balance Mix 019 by Henry Saiz" it groups them correctly, as in all the tracks from disc 1, then all the tracks from disc 2, but if you add the Track Number field, you then notice they're all completely out of order...and if I try to Sort it by track number, you then get Disc 1 track 1, Disc 2 track 1, Disc 1 track 2, Disc 2 track 2 and so on and so forth...surely there's a way to play/sort and album like this without having to resort to a Search for Balance 019 Disc 1, then Sorting by Track number? Why does it not sort the Tracks in numerical order when you have it sorted by Album? Seems pretty normal

Cheers for your time! :)

Mate, Kies does not really function as it lists everything by track number, and you can only seem to import playlists once. Then any changes are lost after that.

Check out iSync on play if you want trouble free sync in both directions.

Yeah, but when I select Album as the way it lists the songs, it should then list them in track 1, track 2, track 3 and so on order...should it not?

Also, any help RE: tagging the Artist/Album etc info? Why is it not letting me fill in that info?
