Help Kies installation on windows 7

Hi,

I bought Samsung Galaxy 3 recently and i have installed some application from market. After that i installed the Kies software in my system Windows 7 OS and try to connect the device. the device is not connected.

Please help me

I installed it in Windows 7, and initially it did not connect, and later it worked. I think you need to be patient and wait for a little while for the first time. You should also follow the instructions carefully. By the way, Kies is THE worst software! Samsung galaxy is excellent product, but I can't believe that samsung can't make some better software! Hire some Indians.
