I have purchased new galaxy apollo gt-i5800 a month ago and from the day i bought the phone, i am unable to get it connected with kies. Samsung Kies keep on showing "connecting" but no further improvement. i have tried a lot of times but it shows "connecting" even it is running for several hours........ android version is 2.1, kies latest version..... anybody tell me how to connect my apollo to the computer using samsung kies?
